Description
Beam-shaping optics change the shape of a spot laser beam. These optics can also be easily swapped using the drawer-style housing. Geometries for simultaneous welding can be generated as well as power densitydistributions that optimize the thermal impact on the plastic during contour welding. These optical systems are often used with fiber lasers to shape the radiation to the process.
