In the Roller Optic, a line-shaped laser beam is guided through a glass roller, which is both the clamping tool and the last optical element. The double-sided roller can produce weld seam widths of around 3.0 – 6.7 mm.The rollerʼs self-aligning bearing compensates for minor uneven spots in the axial direction.
