Quasi-simultaneous Welding

Two scanning mirrors deflect the spot-shaped laser beam and quickly guide it along the welding contour. The joining seam is scanned several times with high speed, whereby the laser beam heats and plasticizes the entire weld seam almost simultaneously. The applied welding force can thus bridge shape part tolerances by moving the components relative to each other.
